PAMELA NINSIIMA KANSIIME is an advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda. She holds a Masters of Laws Degree in Law (Oil and Gas) from the Institute of Petroleum Studies Uganda (IPSK) an Affiliate of Uganda Christian University (UCU). She is a Chartered Secretary of the Governance Institute, formerly the Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) of UK. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management (DPAM) (1st Class) of Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a Compliance Professional.
Pamela is currently the Manager, Legal Services and Secretary to the Board of the Uganda Bureau of Statistics responsible for legal advisory, compliance, policy making and policy implementation. UBOS is the entity responsible for Official Statistics in Uganda and regulation of the National Statistical System.
Previously, she worked as Board Secretary and Legal Manager with the Opportunity Bank Uganda Ltd, formerly Faulu Uganda Ltd in charge of compliance, legal advisory, conveyancing, policy formulation and implementation. She also worked as a legal officer with Wazarwahi Bwengye & Company Advocates.
